Onze klantrelatie is op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner om het team in Bladel te versterken. Op de positie van Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het relatie- en contractbeheer met klanten en leveranciers, waardoor we inzicht krijgen in hun behoeften, waardoor de club de planning kan optimaliseren. Dagelijks sta je in direct contact met leveranciers, klanten en magazijnen. Evenals onze kantoren wereldwijd en natuurlijk de verschillende afdelingen binnen de club, zoals Freight, Logistics, Trade, Finance & Quality Assurance. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Supply Chain Manager.
Je zult alle inkomende orders van onze klanten moeten verwerken en door het beheren van de relatie moet je in staat zijn om de beste planning voor de klant, leverancier en de club te creëren. Een analytische en commerciële focus is essentieel voor deze rol, je moet kunnen denken als een Trader.

Als onze nieuwe Supply Chain Planner ben je:

• Verantwoordelijk voor verkoopcontractbeheer met onze klanten en inkoopcontractbeheer met onze leveranciers;
• Maak je de definitieve toewijzingen op basis van prognoses en/of reserveringen.
• Controleer je alle gedetailleerde specificaties van individuele toewijzingen (kosten, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid);
• Zijn verantwoordelijk voor het bespreken, controleren en verwerken van wijzigingen met klanten/leveranciers/magazijnen en houdt nauw contact met de andere SCM Planner;
• Bewaakt korte termijn mogelijkheden in optimalisatie van allocaties, in overleg met de andere SCM Planner en de Supply Chain Lead;
• Bezoeken van klanten/magazijnen/leveranciers samen met lead/trade voor optimale samenwerking en verbeteringen;
• Vervangt de SCM Lead of andere SCM Planner bij afwezigheid.

• Afgeronde Bachelor opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting logistiek of een overeenkomend veld;
• Je bent pragmatisch, flexibel en analytisch ingesteld;
• Affiniteit met IT systemen en data;
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Duits of Frans is een pluspunt;
• Je beschikt over ervaring in een dynamische en complexe internationale business omgeving.

Fieldpositioning

Our client relationship is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join the team in Bladel. In the position of Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for relationship and contract management with customers and suppliers, giving us insight into their needs, allowing the club to optimise planning. On a daily basis, you are in direct contact with suppliers, customers and warehouses. As well as our offices worldwide and of course the various departments within the club, such as Freight, Logistics, Trade, Finance & Quality Assurance. In this position, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
You will have to process all incoming orders from our customers and by managing the relationship you should be able to create the best planning for the customer, supplier and the club. An analytical and commercial focus is essential for this role, you must be able to think like a Trader.

As our new Supply Chain Planner, you will be:

• Be responsible for sales contract management with our customers and purchase contract management with our suppliers;
• You will make final allocations based on forecasts and/or reservations.
• Check all detailed specifications of individual allocations (cost, quality and customer satisfaction);
• Are responsible for discussing, checking and processing changes with customers/suppliers/warehouses and maintains close contact with the other SCM Planner;
• Monitors short-term opportunities in optimisation of allocations, in consultation with the other SCM Planner and the Supply Chain Lead;
• Visits customers/warehouses/suppliers together with lead/trade for optimal cooperation and improvements;
• Replaces the SCM Lead or other SCM Planner in absence.

Transfer requirements

• Completed Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics or contiguous field;
• You are pragmatic, flexible and analytical and you have affinity with IT systems and data;
• Your communication skills in both English and Dutch are excellent. A foreign language such as French or German is an advantage;
• Experienced in a dynamic and complex international business environment.
