Business Development Manager

Op de positie van Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en beheren van sterke klantrelaties, het genereren van new business en het in contact brengen van potentiële kandidaten en ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen de club en alle stakeholders. Je gaat zorgdragen voor het positioneren van de USPs. Wat je doet door de huidige recruitment en acquisitie strategieën onder de loep te nemen. Met jouw creatieve meesterbrein en doelgerichte instelling ben jij dé scorende spits binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt dat je goed op de hoogte bent van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de markt en maakt hier gebruik van in je benadering. Je onderhoudt verder nauwe contacten met de toonaangevende universiteiten en kandidaten in Zuid-Afrika. Verder fungeer je als klankbord voor de commerciële strategie en maak je duidelijk dat deze niet “in steen staat gebeiteld”.

Concreet ga jij je bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden:

• Nieuwe business genereren en bestaande klantrelaties uitbreiden;
• Professionals matchen op basis van zowel harde als zachte vaardigheden;
• Managen van een team van professionals en ondersteunen van hun groei en ontwikkeling;
• Bijdragen aan de groeiambitie van iSprout in de Finance sector.

• In bezit van een HBO-diploma;
• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
• Jij bent een echte winnaar en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
• Communicatief sterke vaardigheden waardoor je kan omgaan met gesprekpartners op verschillende niveaus;

Your position in the field
In the position of Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong client relationships, generating new business and connecting potential candidates and you will be the central point of contact between the club and all stakeholders. You will be responsible for positioning the USPs. Which you will do by reviewing the current recruitment and acquisition strategies. With your creative mastermind and goal-oriented attitude, you will be the scoring striker within the organization. You ensure that you are well informed of the latest developments in the market and use this in your approach. You maintain close contacts with the leading universities and candidates in South Africa. Furthermore, you act as a sounding board for the commercial strategy and make it clear that it is not "set in stone".

Specifically, you will be engaged in the following activities:

• Generate new business and expand existing client relationships;
• Matching professionals based on both hard and soft skills;
• Manage a team of professionals and support their growth and development;
• Contribute to iSprout's growth ambition in the Finance sector.

Transfer Requirements

• In possession of a Bachelor degree;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• You are a real winner and have a great sense of responsibility;
• You master the Dutch and English language;
• Strong communication skills which allow you to deal with conversation partners at different levels;
• You are ambitious which shows in your desire to grow;
• You are proactive, flexible and a team player;
• You have good self-knowledge and want to keep developing yourself.
